Environmental Health & Safety Specialist – Clinton, MA
Environmental Health & Safety Specialist is responsible and accountable for leading the environmental, health and safety initiatives in support of the business requirements. Ensure environmental and safety compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within environmental, health, safety and associated areas. Establish and direct safety training activity for new hires and annual training requirements for all areas of the plant. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental federal, state and local regulations. Drive incident/accident free work place initiative through investigations, education, training, coaching and other initiatives to create a culture of ownership for safety within the workforce. Review, investigate and take corrective action on all accidents and incidents. Create and maintain plant-wide safety and accident prevention metrics. Operations Supervisor 3rd shift – Clinton, MA
This critical role is responsible and accountable for directing the activities of hourly personnel to produce and pack products and meeting customer delivery dates according to the production schedule while meeting or exceeding standard costs, and quality specifications. Expectations are to motivate and direct the activities of hourly personnel while working with operations support team members in a safe and sanitary work environment. Ensures timely completion of the production schedule while meeting or exceeding target productivity and cost metrics. Directs the activities of hourly personnel by adhering and complying with Company policy, all applicable federal/state/local laws. Administers work within the collective bargaining agreement with the understanding of management’s right to manage the business. Creates capable and flexible workforce through effective training and follow-up. Identifies and solves problems/issues in a timely manner by using proven methodology and problem solving tools. Inventory Control Analyst- Clinton, MA
This role is responsible for the development and analysis of all plant inventory control practices. The position will work cross-functionally to support the continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and waste reduction efforts. Collaborate with the Materials Manager on the development of the company’s periodic and cycle counting programs. Coordinate and oversee the execution of Raw Material, Work-in-Progress, and Finished Good inventory counts based upon production and shipping schedule requirements. Analysis and interpretation of count results and other data, including Root Cause Analyses, identified areas of inaccuracy, and recommendations and implementation of corrective actions. This role is responsible for the entry and validation of count results in the company’s ERP software system, following manager review and approval. Assist with the management of the company’s Non-Conforming Product Management program, including inventory adjustments and physical disposition of hold materials. Compare Bills of Materials against product manufacturing specifications to ensure accurate material consumption. Prepares various inventory related reports as needed/directed by Manager and supports select process flow improvement initiatives.
