Barbara’s Banana Fluff
This simple and healthy, yet decadently tropical dessert tastes best with ripe, but not over-ripe bananas. The yogurt and Shredded Wheat combine for added texture.
Cut 8 thin slices of banana, dip in lemon juice and reserve for garnish. Mash remaining bananas with the lemon juice and stir into yogurt. Stir in the Barbara’s Shredded Wheat biscuits.
Whisk the egg white until just stiff and fold into yogurt mixture. Spoon into glasses and serve decorated with banana slices.
