Barbara’s High Fiber Bars

Whether you’re on the go or at the office, these bars are a healthy, and high fiber, snack alternative – richly satisfying and perfectly delicious!


  • 3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. natural peanut butter

  • Natural marshmallows cut into 20, 1-inch cubes

  • 2 1/2 cups Barbara’s High Fiber Original cereal
  • Non-stick spray


16 squares

Melt together butter, peanut butter, and marshmallow cubes. Stir in cereal. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch X 8-inch square cake pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick spray.  Allow the mixture to cool slightly, cover the dish with wax paper then
 gently press the mixture flat. After cool and firm, cut into 16 square bars.
 Store the bars in a zip-lock bag.
