Barbara’s High Fiber Bars
Whether you’re on the go or at the office, these bars are a healthy, and high fiber, snack alternative – richly satisfying and perfectly delicious!
Melt together butter, peanut butter, and marshmallow cubes. Stir in cereal. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch X 8-inch square cake pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick spray. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, cover the dish with wax paper then gently press the mixture flat. After cool and firm, cut into 16 square bars.
