- 2 cups Half Naked Popcorn, Pop Chocolate (Good Health Natural Foods)
- 2 cups Puffins Cereal, Honey Rice (Barbara's Bakery)
- 1/2 cup tamari pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup dried banana chips
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut shavings (optional)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Mix all ingredients together and store in an air-tight container.
Use almonds, peanuts, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts or other nuts instead of seeds. Replace raisins with dried cranberries or blueberries. Replace Honey Rice Puffins with Peanut Butter & Chocolate Puffins – Yum!
