Morning Oat Crunch

  • 3 C Barbara’s Morning Oat Crunch cereal
  • 2 C Barbara’s Better Than Granola – Dark Chocolate Cranberry
  • 1 C natural peanut butter
  • ½ C honey
  • ¾ cup dried fruit

o   1. Mix together the cereals and ½ cup of dried fruit in a large bowl.

o   2. Place the honey in a medium bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and stir in the peanut butter into the mixture is smooth.

o   3. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the bowl of cereal and chocolate chips, mix thoroughly until cereal is coated in the peanut butter mixture.

o   4. Firmly press the cereal mixture into an 8 or 9 inch square pan that has been coated in cooking spray. Press the remaining ¼ cup of dried fruit into the top of the cereal mixture.

o   5. Place the pan in the fridge and chill for at least 30 minutes. Cut into bars and serve.
