Puffin Crusted French


  • Two Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup of Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 4 Thick Slices of Mutligrain Bread


2-3 servings

Mix together:
Two eggs
1/3 cup of milk
1 tsp cinnamon

Dip bread into mixture.

Crush up Peanut Butter Puffins and coat the French toast with them after you dip it in mixture.

Over medium-low heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a sauté pan. Place slices of bread in the pan and cook until golden brown. 2-3 minutes/side.
